3. Nature of Service

Flenting provides a platform for flexible rental financing, connecting verified tenants, landlords, agencies, and investors.

Flenting:
• Does not provide loans or credit directly.
• Does not hold, transfer, or store client funds.
• Acts as an intermediary, facilitating agreements between verified users and regulated partners.
• Uses licensed payment service providers (PSPs) and insurance partners for all monetary operations.

All payments and repayments are managed by authorized partners such as Mangopay, Lemonway, or Stripe Connect, operating under the supervision of the CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) or equivalent EU authorities.

4. User Categories

Flenting services are available to:

1. Tenants — individuals seeking rental financing.

2. Investors — individuals or entities funding approved rental transactions.

3. Agencies & Landlords — property managers receiving guaranteed payments.

4. Corporate Clients — firms providing housing for employees.

Each category may have additional verification requirements.

5. Eligibility

To use Flenting, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide true, complete, and accurate information.
• Consent to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.
• Agree that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Flenting reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these conditions or is found to provide false information.

6. Financial Disclaimer

Flenting is not a financial institution. We do not:
• OSer loans or credit directly.
• Give financial or investment advice.
• Guarantee returns, profits, or rental outcomes.
• Guarantee continuous platform availability or accuracy.

All funds are processed and safeguarded by our regulated Payment Partners. All insured risks are underwritten by licensed Insurance Partners.

Users acknowledge that:
• Any investment carries a potential risk of delay or loss.
• Any financing oSer is conditional upon approval by payment and insurance partners.
• Flenting’s role is strictly administrative and facilitative.

7. Data Privacy & Protection

Flenting complies fully with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

We collect and process limited personal data solely to provide our services, including:
• Identification information (name, date of birth, address).
• Financial documentation for eligibility verification.
• Communication records (emails, messages).

We do not sell or trade user data. All data is encrypted and securely stored on GDPR-compliant cloud servers.

• Request correction or deletion.

Flenting partners with regulated entities to provide its services:

By using our platform, you agree to these partners’ respective terms and conditions, available on their websites.

9. Fees & Payments

Flenting may charge:
• Platform or service fees for facilitation.
• Commission percentages automatically deducted from transactions.
• Partner or integration fees for corporate clients.

All fees are disclosed before transaction confirmation. Flenting reserves the right to update fees at any time with prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flenting and its aSiliates, founders, or partners shall not be liable for:
• Any direct or indirect loss, damage, or delay arising from transactions between users.
• Technical issues, service interruptions, or third-party system failures.
• Any misrepresentation by users or partner entities.

Flenting acts as an intermediary only and assumes no responsibility for financial losses beyond the scope of its service fees.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Flenting platform, including the name, logo, visuals, design, text, and concepts, is owned by Deev S.à r.l or its licensors. Reproduction, modification, or reuse without written permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Termination of Service

Flenting may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate access to any user who:
• Provides false information,
• Violates terms, or
• Acts in bad faith.

Upon termination, any pending transactions will be handled according to the agreements made with payment and insurance partners.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Luxembourg City.

14. Amendments

Flenting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
